Chairman and Broker in Charge
Brad, a third generation Realtor, is Chairman and Broker in Charge of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, a Coldwell Banker residential and commercial Affiliate. He has a BS in Finance from the University of South Carolina and has earned the Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) designations from the National Association of Realtors. Licensed since 1978, Brad is a past Director of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, past President of the Association’s Multiple Listing Service, and past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. Brad is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Cancer Society of Greenville County and VisitGreenvilleSC (Greenville Convention and Visitors Bureau). He is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the City of Greenville Board of Zoning Appeals (2005-2010). Brad has experience in Commercial Sales /Leasing / Property Management & Residential Sales/Management and New Construction.
