EXPERTISE Brad Halter is Chairman of the Caine Company, which operates both Coldwell Banker Caine and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine. He is involved in the management of the company as well as community outreach and business development initiatives for the firm. A third generation Realtor, Brad has experience in residential sales and management, commercial sales and leasing and new home construction. EDUCATION Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina, and lives with his wife, Sharon, of 39 years. He has two daughters, Lindsey and Brooke, who ironically are both in the real estate business in Charleston, S.C. When he′s not working, Brad enjoys fishing and hunting, reading, gardening and riding his bike. EXPERIENCE A licensed Realtor since 1978, Brad is a former director of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), and past president of the group′s Multiple Listing Service and past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. In addition, Brad is a past member of the Board of Governors for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, has served two terms on the City of Greenville′s Board of Zoning Appeals, has served 8 years on the Board of VGSC (visitgreenvillesc.com) and has appeared in Greenville Magazine′s Annual "50 Most Influential People″ numerous times.
