Pete has been in the real estate development and brokerage business since 1997 and has been affiliated with three accomplished and respected development companies in the Southeast including Centennial American Properties, Windsor Aughtry Company and Blanchard, and Calhoun Commercial Corporation before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in 2009. He has developed freestanding retail, neighborhood shopping centers, regional power centers, Class A office buildings, mixed-use projects and historic properties. He has been involved in the entire development process from market analysis, site location, property acquisition and assemblage, pre-development planning and budgeting, public/private partnerships, construction, project management, leasing, sales and disposition.
