Sales

Greenville:  George Zimmerman, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Wenwood Investment Company (Seller) in the sale of +2.87 acres at 2171 Ridge Road, to Ridge Road Muffin Girl, LLC (Purchaser).

Leases

Greenville:  Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Stone Avenue Partners (Landlord) in the leasing of small office space at 217 E. Stone Ave., to Upstate Chapel, Mermac Consulting, LLC and Aliceson Whelchel (Tenants).

Greenville:  Graham Howle and Lakin Parr of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented D8, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a +3,000 SF office space at 31 Augusta St., to Hot Jalopy Music d/b/a Sit-N-Spin Studios (Tenant).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Wayward Capital, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a +2,224 SF retail space at 162 E. Main Street, to The Lauren Ashtyn Collection (Tenant).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Longleaf Holdings, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a small office space at 841 E. Main St., Suite 7, to NC Brookhaven Behavioral Health (Tenant).
