Spartanburg:  Wiley North of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Aaron Ringel (Purchaser) in the purchase of a +7,118 SF retail building on +1.12 acres at 351 Whitney Rd., from SMS Financial P, LLC (Seller).

Spartanburg:  Wiley North of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented F & D Holdings, LLC (Seller) in the sale of +0.41 acre at Martin Court, to Phillip R. and Angela E. Hines (Purchaser).

Piedmont:  George Zimmerman, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Connector Plus, LLC (Seller) in the sale of +100.03 acres on Lakeside Rd., to Renewable Water Resources (Purchaser).

Greenville:  Graham Howle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Artful Home Designs, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of +0.397 acre at 327 Augusta St., from Harold Means (Seller).
