Seneca:  Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Gilmer & Sons Mobile Home Sales & RE (Seller) in the sale of a mobile home park with 44 mobile homes on +11.5 acres at 738 Old Clemson Hwy., to Carolina Capital Rentals, LLC (Purchaser).

 

Enoree:  Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Madison Trust Co. (Seller) in the sale of +4.83 acres at I-26 and SC Hwy. 49, to Stuti, LLC (Purchaser).

Greenville:  Robert Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine arranged the sale of a +19,014 SF office building on +0.58 acres at 110 W North Street between NPBN, LLC (Seller) and RCSU, LLC (Purchaser).

Simpsonville:  Pete Brett, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Dickens Holdings, LLC (Seller) in the sale of +2.163 acres at 212 NE Main St., to Simpsonville Holdings, LLC (Purchaser).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Templar Investments, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +9,600 SF industrial building on +10 acres at 112 Terrapin Rd., to Cannon, LLC (Purchaser).

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Mountain City Land & Improvement Co., LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a +4,847 SF office space at Innovate, 148 River St., Suite 120, to Millennium Private Wealth, LLC (Tenant).
