Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Compark, Ltd. (Seller) in the sale of +5.69 acres at 810 Mt. Pleasant Rd. and +6.2 acres at Dewberry Rd. within Compark Industrial Park, to GSP Terminal, LLC (Purchaser).
