Sales

Mauldin: Rick Cauthen, P.E. of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Anne Henderson (Seller) in the sale of +2.265 acres at 503 N. Main Street, to RP Mauldin, LLC (Purchaser), represented by Stephen Harrill of C. Dan Joyner Realtors.

Piedmont:  Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Crimson Highway 25, LLC (Seller) in the sale of +3.21 acres on Augusta Road to P and Z Development, LLC (Purchaser), represented by Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate.

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Smith Pipe Dream, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +25,350 SF industrial building on +3 acres at 2100 Drayton Road, to Blue Ridge Cabinetworks, LLC (Purchaser), represented by Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines Properties.

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented the Estate of Virginia Beach Davison by Orin W. Beach, Jr., Personal Representative (Landlord) in the leasing of a +3,750 SF industrial space at 977 S. Church Street, to Kris Greer & Steve Payne (Tenant).
