Sales

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented South State Bank (Seller) in the sale of +8.152 acres at 5 Webb Rd., to Sunit Vashi, Murali Epair & Rakesh Naik (Purchaser).

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Wright Way Holdings, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of a +5,000 SF medical office condominium at 527 Mills Avenue, from LPT Associates, a SC General Partnership (Seller).

Pickens:  Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Bumbling Ventures, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +9,207 SF retail/residential building at 109 W. Main St., to Lookup Holdings, LLC (Purchaser).

Spartanburg:  Angela Halstead and Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented James A. Phillips (Seller) in the sale of a +30,000 SF industrial building on +8.43 acres at 491 Old Greenville Rd., to Mealor & Streetman, LLC (Purchaser).

Leases

Greenville:  David Sigmon, CCIM and Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Insurance Applications Group, Inc. (Tenant) in the leasing of a +8,520 SF office space at 220 N. Main St., Ste. 605, from Greenville Main Street Office, LLC (Landlord).

Greenville:  Sammy DuBose represented Mintrox Service Center, LLC (Tenant) in the leasing of a +1,200 SF flex space at 124 Old Mill Rd., Ste. H, from Professional Office Rentals, LLC (Landlord).
