Sales:

Union:  Pete Brett, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Wells Fargo Bank, NA (Seller) in the sale of a +5,394 SF retail (bank) building on +0.64 acre at 200 E. Main St., to The County of Union, SC (Purchaser).

Pickens:  Pete Brett, CCIM and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Gentry Place SC, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of +0.739 acre at 2663 Gentry Memorial Hwy., from Jerry D. Roberts (Seller).

Pickens:  Pete Brett, CCIM and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Gentry Place SC, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of +4.761 acres at 106 Roberts Dr., from Jerry Roberts, Margaret R. Waldrop & Diane Henderson (Sellers). 

Simpsonville:  Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Weatherstone, LLC (Seller) in the sale of +12.04 acres at N. Harrison Bridge Rd., to Durham Homes USA, LLC (Purchaser).

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented BJB Holdings, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +6,150 SF office building on +0.56 acre at 9 Legrand Blvd., to Legrand Group, LLC (Purchaser). 

Greenville:  Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Pendleton OZB, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of +1.15 acres at 515 Pendleton St., from Kenneth C. and Sarilla B. Cosgrove (Sellers).

Spartanburg:  Robert Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Lat Purser and Associates, Inc. (Purchaser) in the purchase of +3.46 acres at the corner of E. Kennedy, Union & E. Henry Streets, from White Horse Investments, LLC (Seller).

Boiling Springs:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Merevision, LLC and Merelegacy, LLC (Sellers) in the sale of a +1,920 SF and a +1,600 SF retail building on +1.17 acres at 3808 and 3810 Boiling Springs Rd., to LRJ III, LLC (Purchaser).

Leases:

Greenville: Rick Cauthen, P.E. of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Royal Flush Plumbing, LLC (Tenant) in the leasing of a +1,950 SF industrial space at Merovan Business Center, 1200 Woodruff Rd., Unit G-18, from Zeta Partnership, LLC (Landlord).

Greenville: Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Verdae Properties, LLC (Landlord) in lease renewal negotiations with The CATO Corporation (Tenant) for a +8,450 SF retail space at Marketplace Shopping Center, 2435 Laurens Rd.

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Bright Investments II, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a +2,700 SF retail space at Garlington Crossing, 700 Garlington Rd., Suites F & G, to Glam Salon, LLC (Tenant).
