Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s Matt Vanvick Receives CCIM Designation
Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine was recently recognized for earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. Vanvick, along with 5 other SC CCIM chapter members traveled to San Diego to receive the CCIM designation during the organization’s 2019 Fall Governance Meetings held October eleventh through sixteenth.
Headquartered in Chicago, the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute is one of the largest global commercial real estate networks. The CCIM designation is the golden standard for professional achievement in the commercial real estate industry.
Matt Vanvick has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine for almost 5 years. Throughout his tenure as a commercial broker he has contributed to the success and growth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine. In earning his CCIM designation, Matt has furthered his knowledge, completing more than 160 hours of case-study driven education, and a portfolio showcasing his depth of experience in commercial real estate.
