Pelzer:  T Cox represented South Greenville Fire District (Purchaser) in the purchase of +1.16 acres at 8315 Augusta Rd., from South Greenville Masonic Lodge #425 (Seller).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield represented Orin W. Beach, Jr. & Mylnor Scruggs Beach (Sellers) in the sale of a +3,894 SF industrial building on +0.46 acre at 977 S. Church St., to OCAP, LLC (Purchaser).

LEASES

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM and T Cox represented Bright Investments II, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a +1,200 SF retail space at Garlington Station, 700 Garlington Rd., Unit B, to Life’s Stolen Moments, LLC (Tenant).

Greenville:  Sammy DuBose represented Verdae Properties, LLC (Landlord) in lease renewal negotiations with Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., for +7,800 SF of retail space at Marketplace Shopping Center, 2459 Laurens Rd.

Anderson:  Pete Brett, CCIM and T Cox represented Kathy Harris (Landlord) in the leasing of a +4,430 SF office building at 812 W. Whitner St., to Southern Grit, LLC (Tenant).
