Sales

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Lauram Holdings, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of a +2,007 SF office building on +0.18 acre at 9 Toy St., from Michelle C. Kilcoyne (Seller).

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM and Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Terry Capital Investments, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +8,000 SF office/retail building on +0.96 acre at 2421 New Easley Hwy., to Kanine, LLC (Purchaser).

Greenville: Pete Brett, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Camperdown Properties, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of +7.84 acres at Lot 2, Verdae Commons, from Verdae Properties, LLC (Seller).

Mauldin:  Rick Cauthen, P.E. of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented the City of Mauldin (Purchaser) in the purchase of a +10,908 SF retail building on +0.62 acre at 1 E. Butler Rd., from Newcastle Group VIII, LLC (Seller). 

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Bellwood Lane Construction, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of a +14,400 SF retail building on +0.20 acre at 186 E. Main St., from Cara Lynn Cannon (Seller).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield and Angela Halstead of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Nancy Davis, Tommy Davis and Nancy Carter (Sellers) in the sale of a +7,570 SF industrial building on +0.57 acre at 4303 S. Pine St., to Timothy A. Shreve (Purchaser).

Greenville:  Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Woodvan, LLC (Landlord) in the lease and development of a +35,000 SF industrial facility on +4.4 acres at 412 Fairforest Rd, to Trane US, Inc. (Tenant).

Greenville:  Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Hampton Doorway, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of several small office suites at 217 E. Stone Ave. to Glow, LLC (Suite 9), Lisa Richardson (Suite 24) and The Wax Room (Suite 35) as Tenants.

Simpsonville:  Pete Brett, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Immanuel, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a +3,600 SF retail space at Hillcrest Shopping Center, 683 SE Main St., to The Dance Shop d/b/a TDS Dance Studios (Tenant).

Spartanburg:  Wiley North of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Surya Vanshi Properties, LLC (Landlord) in the leasing of a +1,200 SF retail space at 420 Union St., Bldg. A, to Alan Hardy (Tenant).
