The merger and partnership with Longleaf Development created the opportunity for Tim to join The Caine Company family as Vice President and Broker in Charge of the Spartanburg office. The joint venture creates opportunities for both Longleaf Development and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine through increased resources and relationships. Tim has been involved in commercial real estate since 2002 and formed a partnership with Nick Wildrick and John Bauknight of Longleaf Holdings to create Longleaf Development. Tim is a partner and acted as Broker in Charge. Longleaf participated, redeveloped and has been responsible for many of the transactions that have evolved in the Downtown and Central Business District over the past years. Tim is licensed in the states of South Carolina and Georgia. Prior to commercial real estate, Tim worked in the waste management industry with Container Corporation of Carolina (CCC) and Allied Waste. Tim's extensive experience and dedication to his clients and community have allowed him the opportunity to create a reputation of unequaled trust with a commitment to service with integrity. As a native of Spartanburg, Tim is devoted to creating and maintaining long term relationships. Tim is a graduate of The University of South Carolina at Spartanburg. He is a member of the Spartanburg Association of Realtors (MLS Director and Government Affairs Committee), Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce (Board of Governors), Leadership Spartanburg, Wofford Terrier Club, Country Club of Spartanburg (past Board of Directors), Spartanburg Downtown Association (past President), Spartanburg Lions Club (past President) and the Historic and Architectural Review Board (past member). Tim is a member of Episcopal Church of the Advent where he serves as Basketball Commissioner and Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 1 of the Boy Scouts of America. Tim has been awarded Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine's #3 Top Producer in 2012 and #2 Top Producer in 2015. He was also awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award for 2012.
