The merger and partnership with Longleaf Development created the opportunity for Tim to join The Caine Company family as Vice President and Broker in Charge of the Spartanburg office. The joint venture creates opportunities for both Longleaf Development and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine through increased resources and relationships. Tim has been involved in commercial real estate since 2002 and formed a partnership with Nick Wildrick and John Bauknight of Longleaf Holdings to create Longleaf Development. Tim is a partner and acted as Broker in Charge. Longleaf participated, redeveloped and has been responsible for many of the transactions that have evolved in the Downtown and Central Business District over the past years. Tim is licensed in the states of South Carolina and Georgia. Prior to commercial real estate, Tim worked in the waste management industry with Container Corporation of Carolina (CCC) and Allied Waste.
