Expertise: A Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Harry Croxton re-joined the company in 2021 after returning to Greenville from Atlanta where he was a Senior Advisor for the past 10 years with The Shopping Center Group, the nation's largest privately held retail- focused real estate brokerage. Harry began his real estate career with Caine Co., now Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, in 1995 before co-founding his own firm in 2004. Since selling that firm and his time in Atlanta, Harry has focused on retail, office and investment brokerage and is happy to have returned to the place where it all started. Experience: Harry is versed in all aspects of commercial real estate, but his primary focus has been retail, office and investment properties having worked for owners of smaller, locally owned assets to large institutional owners, both publicly and privately held, examples of which include Jamestown (Ponce City Market, Atlanta), DDR, Equity One, Inland Atlantic, GEM Realty, EdR and CBL. He also represents tenants/buyers seeking the most appropriate location for their business. Harry is a native of the Upstate and is excited to be a part of this vibrant region. Education: Harry is a graduate of Presbyterian College with a major in Political Science. Community Involvement: Harry is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), and a past member of the Commercial Alliance of GGAR Steering Committee. He currently serves on the Alumni Board of Presbyterian College and has served as a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Greater Greenville. He is a past member of the Board of Visitors of Presbyterian College.
