Simpsonville:  Harry Croxton and Pete Brett, CCIM represented YMCA of Greenville (Seller) in the sale of +25.04 acres with +38,000 SF of improvements at 100 Adams Mill Rd., to Fellowship Greenville, Inc. (Purchaser).

Taylors:  T. Cox represented Joe David Morris and Vicki Louise Morris (Sellers) in the sale of an event venue/studio/garage property consisting of 2 buildings (+1,800 SF and +2,400 SF) on +3.61 acres at 403, 411 & 413 E. Main St., to Benjamin Caldwell (Purchaser).
