Greenville: George Zimmerman, CCIM represented Grove Plaza, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a + 12,720 SF medical office building on +1.3 Acres at 1003 Grove Rd., to Coker and Carlin Properties, LLC (Purchaser), represented by Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine.
