Greenville:  T. Cox represented Gracie B’s, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +1,260 SF office/retail building on +0.37 acre at 2403 Poinsett Hwy., to Haute Commodity Hair, LLC (Purchaser).

Simpsonville:  T. Cox represented Scuffletown Real Estate Holding Co., LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of +0.74 acre at 206 Ladean Court, from Talley Drive, LLC (Seller).

Easley:  Sammy DuBose represented John D. Hollingsworth on Wheels, Inc. (Seller) in the sale of +1.5 acres at W. Main St., to JSCI Cox-Ann Street, LLC (Purchaser).

LEASES

Greenville:  Harry Croxton and T. Cox represented Mountain City Land & Improvement Co., LLC (Landlord) in lease renewal negotiations with OOBE Apparel Design Group, Inc. (Tenant) for a +9,753 RSF office space at Innovate, 148 River St., Suite 100.

Greenville: Harry Croxton represented Howard House Interiors, LLC (Tenant) in the leasing of a +1,100 SF retail space at 518 E. North St., from ZZE, LLC (Landlord).

Greer:  Harry Croxton represented Riverside Animal Hospital, LLC (Tenant) in the leasing of a +2,670 SF retail space at Hudson Corners Shopping Center, 2105 Old Spartanburg Rd., from HudsonCG Partners, LLC (Landlord).

Greenville:  T. Cox represented Upstate Soft Goods, Inc.  (Tenant) in the leasing of a +2,438 SF office space at Highland Business Park, 355 Woodruff Rd., Suites 401 & 402 , from Gower Corporation d/b/a Blue Ridge Corporation (Landlord).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield represented The Kinetic Group (Landlord) in the leasing of a +7,500 SF industrial space at 390 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Suites C & D, to Eurobox, LLC (Tenant).
