Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Cliff Hawk Properties, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +2,728 SF office building on +0.127 acre at 19 West Stone Avenue, Greenville, to Fairchild Properties, LLC (Purchaser), represented by Jake Van Gieson of NAI Earle Furman.

Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented TCC Venture, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of +13.5 acres at SC Hwy. 417 & Brookwood Point Place, Simpsonville, from Florida LA-Co, Inc. (Seller), represented by Ford Elliott of Sperry Van Ness Blackstream Commercial, LLC.

Pete Brett, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Helbilly Reserves, LLC & Ironhorse Estates, LLC (Purchasers) in the purchase of +0.574 acre at 401 Rhett St., 722 & 724 S. Main St., Greenville, from Wells Fargo Bank as Trustee for The First Lt. Peter F. Cureton, Jr. Foundation (Seller), represented by Michael Thomas of Thomas Realty, LLC.

Graham Howle and Lakin Parr of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Donna W. Dent and Donald Davidson Waldrop, Jr. (Seller) in the sale of +8.07 acres at W. Georgia Rd. & Big Survey Rd., Piedmont, to RA Land Development, LLC (Purchaser), represented by Renee Karpowicz of Jeff Richardson Company.

Graham Howle and Lakin Parr of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented SoSH, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of a +1,265 SF office condominium at 200 N. Main St., Unit 203, Greenville, from  Davis Family Properties, LP (Seller), represented by Brantley Anderson of Colliers International.

Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Walter Ratliff (Seller) in the sale of a +3,120 SF retail building on +0.5 acre at 5275 S. Main St., Cowpens, to Allied Mortgage, LLC (Purchaser).
