T. Cox's Profile

T. Cox is a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and has been with the company since 2019. He primarily represents clients on the Buyer or Tenant side of a commercial transaction, but he also has solid experience representing clients on the Seller and Landlord side as well. T. has completed many transactions in various market sectors including office, retail, flex, industrial, and land. T. earned his Bachelors degree in Management from Clemson University in 2009 and is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He continues to manage numerous relationships with current and past clients while always looking for new challenges to establish new client relationships. When he's not working, T. enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and traveling. He also volunteers for The Salvation Army and The Blood Connection and is a member of Covenant United Methodist Church.
